We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
• Maintain the washrooms clean.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
• Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines in all tasks performed.
• Assist with bussing tables and serving when required during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• A background in hospitality or culinary arts will be beneficial for this role.
