Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. As a Dishwasher, you will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to meet health and safety standards. This position is essential in supporting our culinary team and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and equipment.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the culinary team.
• Bus tables and assist servers in clearing dishes after meals.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
• Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
• Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns when required.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong cleaning skills with an emphasis on maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus.
• Familiarity with catering services or banquet operations is beneficial.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
