We’re looking for Dispatchers for afterhours and for the main shift with strong skills in dispatch operations, load booking, and load planning and overall dispatch.
Key Requirements:
- Must know dispatching inside out, especially load booking & planning during the mentioned hours (06:30 PM-3:30 AM ; 01:30 AM – 10:30 AM)
- Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience
- Strong problem-solving & multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with dispatch tools like Skybitz and Samsara preferred
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- Proficient in using GPS tracking systems and dispatch software
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor dispatch operations.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and field teams
- Resolve operational issues in real-time
- Maintain accurate records and logs
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and customer satisfaction
