Role Summary

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for ensuring every order is picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time — from the moment an invoice is generated to the moment goods are handed over to the customer or delivery partner. They work closely with the billing team and warehouse to eliminate dispatch errors, delays, and customer complaints. This is a high-accountability, ground-level operations role where speed and accuracy define performance.

Key Responsibilities

Own daily dispatch operations — pick, verify, and pack orders against invoices; ensure zero mismatch between billed and dispatched quantities.

Coordinate with billing — receive confirmed invoices from the Billing Executive and execute dispatch before the daily cut-off time.

3.

Manage outward logistics — coordinate with transport vendors, delivery staff, and customers for smooth last-mile delivery.

4.

Maintain dispatch records — update the dispatch register and tracking sheet with lorry receipt (LR) numbers, delivery agent details, and delivery status.

5.

Handle e-way bills — generate e-way bills for applicable consignments and attach them with goods before dispatch.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
