Dispatch Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to manage the timely and accurate dispatch of Rotary & Digital printed materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans and dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and customers.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and loading of finished products.
• Track shipments and maintain dispatch records.
• Manage dispatch staff and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Experience in Textile printing, packaging, or manufacturing preferred.
• Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
• Basic computer skills and documentation knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage a team.
