Sabine Co2 Logistics in Medicine Hat Alberta is currently looking for a full time Dispatcher. As a dispatcher at Sabine Co2 Logistics you would assume the responsibilities of all day to day transportation needs. It is imperative that this position be taken with great respect and treated as a professional title acted out in a professional manner. This position includes but is not limited to:

- Must have good organizational skills, ability to multi task and communicate well with others

- Must have experience with Excel, Word and Outlook

- Scheduled 14 days on and 7 days off but be flexible and able to work with cross shifts days off.

- Open honest communication with ownership is a must

- Communicate with customers and arrange for scheduled, on time, pick up and delivery as requested by the customer.

- Communicate/work with all employees regarding all operational/dispatching assignments

- Oversee/manage all operational costs and strive to mitigate them as effectively as possible.

- Authorize/approve all operation costs/invoices

- Collect, review and sign off on all time sheets before they go to payables

- Communicate with mechanics regarding repairs being done in Sabine shop as well as all repairs done on the road.

- Pick up parts, drop off equipment for repairs or CVIPs as needed

- Test drive new hires

- Join in on interviews with potential new hires

- Monitor ELOGS and manage HOS for each driver

- Follow up on new and existing sales leads

- Manage all equipment for up to date CVIPs/inspections and ensure it gets completed before expired

- Responsible for reporting any incidents/accidents to the correct persons
