Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in securing and managing shipments for cross boarders over insight freight. This role requires essential to optimizing load efficiency, minimizing empty miles and maintaining excellent relationships with brokers and clients. Success in this positions needs proactive approach to securing freight, negotiating rates and fulfilling all load booking tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and book shipments for Full Truckload (FTL) and less -than-Truckload(LTL) cross boarder and interstate trucks using load boards software, (DAT) and other shipment sourcing tools.
• Analyze logistical data to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Utilize Transportation Management Systems (AFM) to track shipments and manage inventory.
• Secure a minimum of 15 loads per day and ensure through follow-up and record keeping for each booking.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide updates as necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years in Load booking, with in -depth knowledge of the trucking industry, cross- border logistics and software systems.

Pay: $40,437.05-$74,546.41 per year
