Looking for a career in transportation? Leatrans is seeking a highly motivated driver's dispatcher to join our dynamic team.
Main Duties Include:
- Schedule the collections and deliveries of assigned loads & complete all job records
- Communicate with driver(s) throughout their assigned routes, ensuring plans, route details and all pertinent load information
- Monitor assigned loads for temperature, security, and timeliness to delivery as appropriate.
-Monitor any sudden route changes and work with drivers to establish safe routes for timely deliveries.
-Monitor drivers working time (tacho hours) to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide drivers with information for safe & secure parking locations.
-Communicate updates and respond promptly to customer queries via phone & e-mail
-Communicate issues with deliveries, loads, drivers and/or vehicles to the appropriate department(s) promptly.
Qualities

- Team player.
- Good communication skills and excellent MS Office Skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitasking.
Hours of Work: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
