About the Role

The District Manager is the performance engine of the organization. You will own the results of your stores in Boise, holding Store Managers accountable to brand standards, training expectations, and financial performance. This is not a desk job. You are physically present in a different store every day — observing, evaluating, coaching, and driving. You set the standard. You enforce it. You move the business forward.

What You'll Own

Store Performance & Accountability

• Hold Store Managers accountable to daily operational standards, KPIs, and brand expectations
• Conduct regular store visits with structured observation and direct feedback
• Identify performance gaps and drive corrective action — quickly and decisively
• Monitor KPI reports for each store and close the gap between actual performance and targets

People & Standards

• Evaluate Store Manager performance with candor and clarity
• Make hard personnel decisions when performance doesn't meet standard
• Develop Store Managers through direct coaching — not hand-holding
• Maintain district-wide staffing levels and flag issues before they become problems

Business Ownership

• Analyze store-level data and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintain and enforce budget discipline across the district
• Create and implement action plans that improve store profitability
• Communicate expectations clearly and follow through relentlessly

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving measurable results in a multi-unit or operations leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to hold others accountable and make hard personnel decisions
• Strong analytical ability — comfortable reading P&L statements and acting on the data
• High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven without needing external push
• Professional, direct communicator who can deliver hard feedback clearly and respectfully

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
