We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to provide, manage, and champion document control frameworks and overall documentation management processes on an iconic new project in Perth's CBD.
This role will see you establish and monitor all Document Control systems for the project, in accordance with Lendlease and client requirements, which will include setting applications, procedures, processes, templates, and registers within Aconex, and championing compliance to these processes with the project team.
You will provide expert advice and problem-solving on issues regarding document management, as well as assist new starters, and provide training and guidance around Document Control and management for both Lendlease staff, and key stakeholders.
To be successful you will need:
  • Previous experience in a Document Control position preferably within the building or infrastructure industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in project environment, with electronic record and document management systems, such as Aconex or iTWOxc.
  • Experience using engineering and project management systems, managing high volumes of project related documentation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with a range of key stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
