Dog Training Elite Suncoast is looking for two motivated, positive, and passionate Balanced Dog Trainers to join our growing team! We specialize in in-home and in-facility training, offering everything from obedience to advanced service and therapy dog programs.

Position: Part-Time Balanced Dog Trainer
Location: Based out of our facility in the Suncoast/St. Petersburg area, with travel for in-home sessions
Schedule: Flexible, part-time hours including some evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-facility and in-home dog training sessions using balanced methods
• Teach clients proper handling, leash work, and communication techniques
• Work with a variety of breeds, temperaments, and training goals (obedience, behavior modification, service/therapy prep, etc.)
• Support group classes and assist in training events or camps
• Provide follow-up guidance and excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Prior dog training experience preferred (balanced training experience a plus)
• Comfortable working independently and traveling locally for in-home sessions
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable transportation and a professional, team-oriented attitude
• Passionate about helping dogs and their owners succeed

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
