About Donor Administration Officer
The Administration Officer Donor and Surrogacy Services provides excellent customer service and quality, effective and efficient administration services to patients and their families, and support to colleagues across PFC.
About the role
As an Donor Administration Officer you will liaise with patients regarding appointments, results and enquiries, organise gamete transport, perform audits and support laboratory and clinical staff with a wide range of administrative functions.
A regular day will see you:
- Respond to patient enquiries in accordance with department and program guidelines.
- Organise and monitor gamete transport, ensuring compliance with regulatory and laboratory requirements
- Coordinate, book and manage patient appointments to support efficient clinic operations and ensure a positive patient experience.
About you
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Administrative Officer who is eager to learn and support the team with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organised while working in a team environment.
You’ll bring with you:
