We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window/Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation, remodeling, and carpentry, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks.
• Perform caulking and sealing to ensure energy efficiency and weatherproofing.
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, providing expertise in trim carpentry and frame carpentry.
• Fabricate components as needed for custom installations.
• Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.

Experience

• Proven experience in window and door installation or related fields such as maintenance person services or remodeling.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and construction estimating techniques.
• Familiarity with reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Strong skills in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, caulking, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
