Company Overview
We are a family-run construction and asphalt company with over 34 years of experience, looking for a reliable Dump Truck Driver who is also willing to assist with general labour when needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys a mix of driving and working on-site with the crew.
Responsibilities
- Operate dump truck safely to transport asphalt, gravel, topsoil, and materials to and from job sites
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Support crew on-site with general labour tasks such as raking, shoveling, and site cleanup
- Work alongside paving and construction crews to keep jobs running efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid DZ or AZ license
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Experience operating a dump truck in construction or asphalt work preferred
- Willingness to perform physical labour as part of the role
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of construction sites and safety practices is an asset

Experience
- Dump Truck Driving: 1 to 3 years preferred
- Construction or Asphalt Work: considered an asset
Work Location
- In person, travel to various job sites
Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
