Introduction:
The Vineyard, the heart and soul of North-Western Sydney, is a family friendly pub and the place for families and friends to come together. A newly built, multi-million-dollar hospitality precinct that looks to redefine hospitality in Sydney. With state-of-the-art facilities including brand new dining areas, pub, high end gaming room, 3 accommodation blocks and a bottleshop this is a truly multi-faceted venue. With the addition of our recently launched Cafe and large outdoor beer garden, this is a versatile destination for every occasion.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As an energetic, passionate, and experienced Duty Manager, you will join the management team to drive and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers every day. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring the team while managing a variety of shift operations, working closely with the Senior Duty Managers and General Manager.
ABOUT YOU
You are a positive and passionate manager with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced multi-faceted venues. Motivated to work hands-on, you will be actively present on the floor, supporting our team to deliver exceptional experiences. You will demonstrate the following:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager in a similar role within a large, multi-faceted venue.
- Availability for days, nights, and weekends.
- Current RSA/RCG/ARCG certification is mandatory
- Experience with IdealPos and Deputy is advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to use initiative.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, creating a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Quick-thinking, adaptable, and capable of problem-solving on the run.
