About the role:
The role is for a manager who will liaise with the team and handle customers. The manager must maintain stock levels and records of the store, coordinate with junior staff, and train staff appropriately in different stations. The manager will be communicating with owners, looking after customers, and providing feedback in relation to the day-to-day operations of the store. The role is suitable for someone who has the ability to learn, has good decision-making skills, knows how to work in a team, and knows how to work responsibly.
We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, as per the store timings from Monday to Sunday
3 year relevant experience and qualifications are preferred, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Positive attitude, building rapport with staff and customers, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and handling customers professionally
- Great presentation, personal hygiene, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
To be considered, you must either be an NZ resident, a citizen, or have the legal right to work in NZ full time.

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
