We are currently seeking a Duty Manager to join the team at Farnham Estate. Our Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, manages staff, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains smooth business functioning during their shift.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in a similar field, in 4 or 5 star properties
• Have high attention to detail in presentation standards
• Ability to motivate and guide staff effectively
• Be a team player, self-motivated and have the ability to work on their own initiative
• Quick decision-making to resolve operational or customer issues
• Strong verbal and written skills for interacting with staff and customers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain operational efficiency
• Be available to work across 7 days per week and be able to work flexible hours
