The O'Reilly´s Irish Pub Group is a family business which was founded in 1994.

We are known for operating authentic Irish Pubs, built to a high standard, with an attention to detail and hygiene and providing an excellent atmosphere to relax, watch sports and be entertained whilst serving premium drinks and food which is locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable where possible. This experience is served by our excellent staff who constantly trying exceed expectations and to create a family feel.

Our Pubs are managed in an effective and efficient manner with a strong focus on systems, an attention to detail, whilst leaving a positive footprint on the environment through regenerative business practices.

We operate in a variety of different locations such as Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Düsseldorf, Brussels & Heidelberg.

The role encompasses the following key tasks:

• To promote our cultural drivers, our vision and mission statements.
• Hiring & training of like minded souls.
• Developing and reviewing same to high quality standards.
• Contribute to product development.
• Contribute effective social media content.
• Implementation of new marketing ideas.
• Communicates through the established communication channels.
• Delivering system driven company standards and costs controls.
• Ensuring staff are rostered correctly and budgeted for their contracted hours.
• Delivering a systemized approach to exceed customer expectations.
• Leading and motivating a young, international team.
• Maintaining bar and cellar hygiene levels
