An E-commerce Executive drives online sales by managing product listings, website content, and marketing campaigns across platforms like Amazon and Shopify. They analyze sales data, optimize user experience (UX) to increase conversions, and oversee order fulfillment. Key roles include digital marketing (SEO/SEM) and coordinating with logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Managing product listings, images, pricing, and descriptions on websites and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Website Operations: Ensuring the site is updated, functional, and user-friendly to maximize traffic and sales.
• Marketing & Promotions: Executing digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM to boost visibility.
• Data Analysis: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to prepare performance reports.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinating with warehouse/logistics teams for timely order processing and managing returns.
• Customer Support: Resolving customer complaints and inquiries efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or seller central platforms.
• Analytics: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
• Marketing Skills: Understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for managing product content and team coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
