We welcome applications from hardworking and self-motivated individuals and a keen interest in intellectually demanding work for the following:

Coordinate and Administration of e-commerce platform (Online Shop, Qoo10, Shopee, Lazada etc.)
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Plan, create and Manage all E-commerce Promotion activities.
Work with warehouse operations to ensure timely shipments and inventory management.
Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service.
Engaged with customers to effectively build rapport and lasting relationships.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries
Answering incoming calls and dealing with email enquiries.
Monitor and Prepare Operation reports and Reconciliation.
Manage Social media marketing.

Requirement:

Min. Diploma in any discipline
Min 2 years experience in e-commerce marketplace, website administration, and sales
Understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes will be an advantage
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Hard working, positive mindset, innovative, cheerful, good attitude
Can work independently
