• Coordinate and Administration of e-commerce platform (Online Shop, Qoo10, Shopee, Lazada etc.)
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Plan, create and Manage all E-commerce Promotion activities.
• Work with warehouse operations to ensure timely shipments and inventory management.
• Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service.
• Engaged with customers to effectively build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries
• Answering incoming calls and dealing with email enquiries.
• Monitor and Prepare Operation reports and Reconciliation.
• Manage Social media marketing.

Requirement:

• Min. Diploma in any discipline
• Min 2 years experience in e-commerce marketplace, website administration, and sales
• Understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes will be an advantage
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Hard working, positive mindset, innovative, cheerful, good attitude
• Can work independently
