Role: Back Office Executive
Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize all administrative tasks related to the back office operations
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Assist with data entry and processing of paperwork
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare reports and documentation as required
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Ensure all back office activities adhere to company policies and procedures

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a back office or administrative role
