Back Office Executive
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
- Manage and organize physical and digital files.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documentation.
- Handle email correspondence and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with MIS reporting and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Support office operations and maintain compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in a back office, administrative, or operations role (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or other business management software is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
