About the Role
As a Court Check Executive, you will be responsible for verifying candidates' criminal court records as part of the Background Verification (BGV) process. The role involves reviewing court records, validating information, and preparing accurate verification reports while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review candidate details and verification requests.
• Search and verify criminal court records using authorized databases and public judicial sources.
• Validate records by matching details such as name, date of birth, address, and other identifiers.
• Identify and document case status, including pending, convicted, acquitted, or disposed cases.
• Prepare accurate background verification reports within defined timelines.
• Maintain high levels of data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever additional verification or clarification is required.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work within defined timelines.
• Good analytical and decision-making skills.
• Professional attitude and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort working with web-based applications.

Preferred

• Experience in Background Verification, operations, compliance, KYC, or backend processes is an advantage.
• Freshers with good analytical skills and attention to detail are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
