Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketplace Executive to manage our sales and operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub, and must be able to handle product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and day-to-day operations to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and update product listings (content, images, pricing, keywords, A+ content).

* Handle day-to-day operations on Amazon & Flipkart including orders, returns, claims, and reports.

* Optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords to improve organic ranking.

* Monitor account health, performance metrics, and take corrective actions.

* Run promotions, deals, coupons, and advertising campaigns (sponsored ads, keyword campaigns).

* Track sales reports, competitor analysis, and implement growth strategies.

* Coordinate with internal teams for stock planning, logistics, and timely dispatches.

* Manage customer queries, ratings, and reviews for better brand reputation.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in Amazon/Flipkart marketplace handling.

* Strong knowledge of FBA, Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub tools.

* Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and marketplace algorithms.

* Ability to analyze data, sales reports, and improve ROI on campaigns.

* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Graduate in any discipline.

Location - Mewar Industrial area, Udaipur

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
