E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales and business growth through performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Shopify/D2C websites and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow e-commerce sales through digital marketing initiatives.
• Plan and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Improve website traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition.
• Manage SEO, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Monitor website performance and implement CRO strategies.
• Track sales, ROAS, and marketing performance metrics.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for campaign execution.
• Prepare performance reports and growth recommendations.
• Handle product catalog management, new product launches, and listing updates.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, revenue, and profitability.
• Optimize product listings, content, images, keywords, and pricing to improve visibility and conversions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Performance Marketing.
• Experience with Shopify or D2C websites.
• Understanding of SEO, CRM, Email Marketing, and Retention Marketing.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
