ABOUT THE ROLE - MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA
As an eCommerce Marketing Specialist at CA ANZ, you will design and implement innovative digital, automation, and eCommerce marketing activities to enhance our online presence and boost commercial outcomes. You will work cross-departmentally to optimise eCommerce strategies and analyse areas for improvement. This role involves close collaboration with our marketing and digital teams to drive the commercial growth of our online learning portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Developing and executing eCommerce marketing activities targeting our members, influencers, and the wide industry.
Implementing marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve customer engagement.
Tracking, testing, reporting, and analysing marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Supporting media optimisation, email marketing, SEO, paid social media, and other channels as required.

ABOUT YOU - HE KŌRERO MŌU

You will be successful if you:

Contribute to a strong team culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and eCommerce.
Have experience with digital analytics, CRM systems, and eCommerce platforms/websites.
Communicate eCommerce marketing effectively with internal stakeholders.
Continuously optimise marketing efforts to drive successful commercial outcomes.
Analyse data to draw insights and inform strategy and decision-making.
