Summary

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our passionate team . In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the experiences of young children, ensuring their development aligns with our mission of fostering a love for learning and personal growth.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging program plans tailored to the developmental needs of each child.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and practices.
• Support children with special needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom space.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Qualifications
• Level 2 or 3 Alberta Certification.
• First aid certification, Criminal Record Check and Early Intervention
• Proven experience working with young children
• Strong understanding of child development principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Organizational skills to maintain classroom order (preferred).
