<Responsibilities>

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate early intervention strategies, literacy education, math, physical education, and
• Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental needs of preschool children.
• Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques, creating a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning.
• Support toddlers and preschoolers with childcare routines, including potty training, meal times, nap schedules, and hygiene practices.
• Maintain detailed records of student development, attendance, and classroom activities while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and child welfare standards.

<Qualifications>

• Strong knowledge of the Holy Bible, and Jesus Christ.
• Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum content across multiple domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and external specialists.
• Certification or training in early childhood education must be completed by the required timeline through DCF.
• Ability to adapt lesson plans for children with diverse needs including those requiring special education services or additional support.
