Duties

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Provide attentive caregiving, ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of each child.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging curiosity and independence.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning and exploration.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and participate in team meetings.
• Follow all licensing regulations and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for children.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage young learners effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members.
• Certification or coursework in early childhood education
• Compassionate nature with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children. This role provides an enriching opportunity to contribute positively to children's growth while developing your skills in early childhood education within a supportive team environment.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
