Job Opportunity: Early Years Educator

Location: Super Stars ELC Clondalkin Dublin 22
Contract Type: Full-time - 40 hours per week
Salary: 15 - 17.50
Start Date: January 2026

About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will contribute to the provision of high-quality early years care and education. You will create engaging learning opportunities, support children’s holistic development, and work in line with Ireland’s national frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with Aistear and Síolta.
• Support children’s emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
• Observe, document, and assess children’s progress to support individual learning journeys.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment in accordance with Tusla Early Years Regulations.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Participate in team meetings, continuous professional development, and setting initiatives.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a minimum Level 5 QQI qualification in Early Childhood Care & Education (Level 6 or higher desirable).
• Has a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Is creative, patient, and adaptable.
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing.
• Has experience in an early years setting (desirable but not always essential).

Pay: €15.00-€17.50 per hour
