Job Overview We are looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Operations Executive to join our small, dynamic team at an exciting early-stage phase. You will play a key role in setting up and running smooth day-to-day online operations, ensuring every customer receives a delightful shopping and delivery experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end order processing — from receiving orders to coordinating packing, quality checks, and timely dispatch Handle inventory tracking, stock updates, and coordinate with vendors/artisans for timely replenishment of artificial jewellery pieces Upload and optimize product listings (images, descriptions, variants, pricing) on our website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) Monitor and process returns, exchanges, and customer queries related to products, sizing, and delivery Coordinate with logistics partners/couriers to ensure on-time delivery and track shipments Assist in setting up and managing promotions, discount codes, festive campaigns, and flash sales Track daily/weekly operational KPIs (order fulfillment rate, return rate, inventory accuracy, dispatch TAT) and report issues proactively Help maintain high-quality product photography standards and basic content updates Support the founder/team in launching new collections and marketplace onboarding activities Requirements 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or general merchandise preferred) Good understanding of Indian e-commerce platforms (website + major marketplaces) Strong attention to detail — especially important when handling delicate jewellery items Excellent written & verbal communication in English + Hindi (Bengali is a plus) Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic order/inventory tools Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment Passion for fashion/jewellery and understanding of what makes artificial jewellery appealing online

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,977.09 per month
