Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Associate / Junior Manager with 1–2 years of experience in handling marketplace operations and order management. The role involves working closely with internal teams and marketplaces to ensure smooth order flow, claim resolution, and logistics coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Operations

• Manage daily operations on marketplaces such as Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
• Monitor order flow, cancellations, RTO, returns, and refunds
• Raise and track support tickets with marketplaces for order and payment-related issues
• Handle SPF / claim cases (short pick, damage, missing, return claims) and follow up till resolution

Order Management & Logistics

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely dispatch
• Track shipment status, delays, and delivery issues
• Ensure SLA adherence and minimize RTO
• Reconcile order status between marketplaces and internal systems

Reporting & MIS

• Prepare daily and weekly MIS on:
• orders
• dispatch
• returns
• claims
• SLA performance
• Highlight issues and suggest process improvements

Coordination & Communication

• Work with:
• warehouse team
• customer support
• finance for settlement and claim recovery
• Ensure smooth communication and quick issue resolution

Skills & Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in e-commerce operations / marketplace management
• Hands-on experience with:
• raising marketplace tickets
• handling SPF / RTO / return claims
• order processing and logistics tracking
• Comfortable working on marketplace panels and Excel
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

Ideal Candidate

• Has worked with a D2C or marketplace seller
• Understands order life cycle end-to-end
• Can handle pressure during sale days and high order volumes
• Eager to learn and grow into a full E-commerce Manager role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
