Core Responsibilities
- Attend inbound and outbound customer calls related to online orders, delivery, payments, and returns
- Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat platforms
- Process online orders received from website, marketplaces, and social media channels
- Update and manage orders in CRM, OMS, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Shiprocket, etc.)
- Coordinate with packing and warehouse team to ensure timely order packing and dispatch
- Track shipments and follow up with courier partners for delivery status
- Handle returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds as per company policy
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
