Core Responsibilities

  • Attend inbound and outbound customer calls related to online orders, delivery, payments, and returns
  • Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat platforms
  • Process online orders received from website, marketplaces, and social media channels
  • Update and manage orders in CRM, OMS, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Shiprocket, etc.)
  • Coordinate with packing and warehouse team to ensure timely order packing and dispatch
  • Track shipments and follow up with courier partners for delivery status
  • Handle returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds as per company policy
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
