At Green Leaves Early Learning, our unique National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP) is at the heart of our commitment to supporting our teams' professional development. Access to the NLRDP Perspective Partners in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, Cultural Pedagogy, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Sustainability, The Arts, and Documentation
Access to unlimited information and resources via our new NLRDP Communication and Resource platform on ‘PADLET’
Access to the Creative Collection Arts and Materials with Children training program (delivered by Kelly Goodsir and Kirsty Liljegren)
Access to the ‘Learning Leaves’ Documentation training delivered by our Pedagogy Partner
On-call and online access to our Inclusion Mentoring Team, led by Robyn Papworth
The opportunity to apply for and participate in our exclusive Annual New Zealand Study Tour

About You:

• An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or above
• Current VIC Working with Children's Check
• Current VIC Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)

National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months

• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
