At Green Leaves Early Learning, our unique National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP) is at the heart of our commitment to supporting our teams' professional development. Each day, you will be provided with learning and development opportunities, including:
Face-to-face and online mentoring with our NLRDP Research Partner (Dr Karen Grubb)
Monthly Educational Leader ‘Think Tank’ meetings with your colleagues across Australia
Access to the NLRDP Perspective Partners in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, Cultural Pedagogy, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Sustainability, The Arts, and Documentation
Access to unlimited information and resources via our new NLRDP Communication and Resource platform on ‘PADLET’
Access to the Creative Collection Arts and Materials with Children training program (delivered by Kelly Goodsir and Kirsty Liljegren)
Access to the ‘Learning Leaves’ Documentation training delivered by our Pedagogy Partner
On-call and online access to our Inclusion Mentoring Team, led by Robyn Papworth
The opportunity to apply for and participate in our exclusive Annual New Zealand Study Tour

- Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
