The role

We are looking a Retail Educator for our LSKD HQ store in Loganholme to be a brand ambassador and product expert. If you love connecting with people and creating a community, this is the role for you. Our HQ store is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of the brand in our first retail store.
You will be responsible for welcoming our community in store and helping them find the right LSKD product. The Street and Retail Educator crew also get out and into the community working our LSKD events from local gyms to large scale activations.

Joining us as a permanent part time team member, we are looking for someone who can work 20 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

The day to day

• You are a product expert across our entire range of fabrics, fits and styles - an educator for our community on the LSKD product range and its' features and benefits
• You take pride in maintaining a tidy, priced and full environment for our community
• As an educator you are a brand ambassador and storyteller for our history and values
• You keep the community front of mind in everything you do, building genuine connections and loyalty
• No two days are the same, you are dynamic and solutions focused when finding the ideal products for our community
• You are invested in day to day store goals and contribute to achieving them
• Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations - including cash handling and till operation
