Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ELD Executive to manage and monitor Electronic Logging Device (ELD) operations and ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian Hours of Service (HOS) regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ELD systems, log auditing, and driver support within the trucking industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit driver logs using ELD systems to ensure HOS compliance
• Identify, review, and resolve log violations, errors, and unidentified driving events
• Provide real-time support to drivers regarding ELD issues and log corrections
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and Canadian HOS regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of driver logs and compliance reports
• Train drivers on proper use of ELD devices and HOS rules
• Assist during audits by preparing and providing required ELD/log data
• Track and report compliance KPIs and driver performance metrics
• Troubleshoot ELD device issues and coordinate with vendors if needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with ELD systems in USA/Canada trucking industry
• Strong understanding of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
• Experience with ELD platforms (e.g., Samsara, Motive, KeepTruckin, etc.)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to interact with drivers and internal teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of DOT and FMCSA compliance requirements
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling log audits and DOT inspections
• Knowledge of Canadian ELD regulations and cross-border operations
• Prior experience in a safety/compliance or dispatch support role

Work Schedule

• Full-time position

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
