Role

You will play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance services to our clients. Working independently and alongside our service team, you’ll ensure electrical systems and building utilities operate at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general and emergency lighting testing and repairs.
• Carry out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and certification.
• Execute Planned Preventive Maintenance on electrical systems.
• Support building utilities, including electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Supervise service teams and contractors.
• Assist with minor non-electrical works when required.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery standards.

Requirements

• Electrical Trade or Third-Level Electrical Qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ post-apprenticeship experience in maintenance/service.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Full clean driving license, SafePass, and eligibility to work in the EU.
• Willingness to travel to locations outside Dublin (generally a few times per month).
• Fluent English speaker.

Desirable:

• Experience of a similar customer facing role in a retail environment
• MEWP certificate
• Experience of maintenance management system on phone/tablet/PC
• Experience supervising minor building works, lighting and HVAC installations

Job Type:

· Full-time, Permanent

· Immediate start

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend/out-of-hours work with overtime rates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €50,000.00-€55,000.00 per year

• Dublin, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
