Electrical Project Manager - Commercial

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical systems, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance
• Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents
• Coordinate material procurement, manpower, and equipment needs
• Monitor project progress and prepare accurate schedules and status reports
• Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Assist with estimating, bidding, and change orders when required
• Provide support and leadership to foremen and field teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in project management
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes, commercial systems, and construction methods
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
