As a member of Quanta Services, a Fortune 500 company ranked #192 on the NYSX, we specialise in the design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of substations, transmission lines, wind farms, and battery storage systems.
Established in 1996, we’ve connected more wind farms and renewable batteries than any other company. With over 700 employees and offices in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth, we partner with Australia’s major transmission providers to deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions.

Asset Management Services (Maintenance)
CPP’s maintenance services ensure the reliability and longevity of high-voltage assets. As a key part of our end-to-end service offering, we provide a seamless transition from construction and commissioning to ongoing asset management.
We deliver minor maintenance projects, repairs, and upgrades, alongside regular inspections and servicing to prevent failures and extend asset lifespan. Our efficient emergency response ensures critical HV infrastructure remains operational.

This is a genuine step‑change leadership role where you’ll lead CPP’s Asset Management Services (AMS) business through its next phase — lifting both revenue and capability while building the structure, momentum and team required to scale.
AMS operates in an increasingly complex environment, with growing demand for high‑quality long‑term servicing across critical infrastructure — particularly large battery assets (BESS) and technically challenging operating contexts.
Your mandate is to shift the business from a more reactive maintenance and service model to a strategic asset management partner — proactively supporting clients to protect, optimise and extend the life of their assets post‑handover. This is about stewardship, foresight and trusted partnership.
You’ll lead several growth streams that require urgency and commercial discipline, including large battery repair and maintenance and long‑term servicing, minor works outside CPP’s major project delivery model, termination teams, and continued uplift of HV operations capability (HVOA). You’ll also play a key role in supporting geographic growth across NSW, QLD and VIC, while maintaining a strong operational base in South Australia.
Adelaide is preferred, as this is where the AMS core team sits, however strong interstate candidates will be considered given the depth and seniority of the role.
