Join STS Group as our next Electrical Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our critical data centre projects in Hillerod Denmark. Part of the Dussmann Group of companies based out of Berlin, STS Group is fully committed to the highest Health, Safety and Environmental & Quality practices. This position will play a major role in the successful, safe, and quality delivery of complex internal fit-out scopes within a live, mission-critical environment.

The Opportunity
As our next Electrical Supervisor, you'll play an important role in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship is achieved and maintained throughout. Our project in Hillerod Denmark, is currently a life science project.
Some of the Key Tasks
- Lead and manage daily on-site electrical operations, supervising labour, overseeing safe execution of works, and controlling material allocation/utilisation.
- Coordinate and direct Electrical subcontractors, ensuring critical systems are installed per project specifications and schedule.
- Manage and audit strict compliance with all Company HSQE requirements, local laws, and industry standards to maintain a zero-incident safety culture.
- Execute Quality Assurance (QA/QC) documentation, recording performance, tracking progress of installations, and maintaining accurate Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Champion Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) excellence on site, ensuring proactive risk management and continuous adherence to all relevant legislation.
- 5+ years' experience working on electrical packages of work in an industrial setting
- Qualified electrician with leadership experience.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, within a fast-paced team environment.
