Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out installation, operation, and maintenance of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.

· Perform troubleshooting and repairs of motors, control panels, wiring, switches, MCC panels, and distribution boards.

· Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems for kilns, grinding units, briquette presses, conveyors, and other plant equipment.

· Conduct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

· Monitor load distribution, insulation resistance, and power quality to ensure safe operations.

· Perform routine inspections, testing, and calibration of electrical circuits and protective devices.

· Maintain proper records of breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts used.

· Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety standards and statutory compliance.

· Support in installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.

· Coordinate with the maintenance and production team to minimize downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· ITI in Electrician Trade with 1–3 years of experience in an industrial plant, preferably Lime or Cement industry.

· Hands-on experience in handling single-phase and three-phase motors, starters, contactors, relays, and control panels.

· Knowledge of power distribution, earthing, and electrical protection systems.

· Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and circuit drawings.

· Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical faults and failures.

· Familiarity with VFDs, soft starters, and PLC wiring will be an added advantage.

· Good knowledge of electrical safety practices and lockout-tagout procedures.

· Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns.

· Safety awareness and adherence to industry standards.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
