Based in Cashel, with over 80 dedicated staff, all directly hired by us, we deliver top-quality renewable energy solutions in utility, commercial, domestic and agri. we have grown from 50 staff to 80 staff in just 6 months, and we are grateful to be expanding again! From homes to farms and businesses, our expert team of engineers, electricians, and installers ensures every solar project is executed with precision and care.

Purpose of the Role: The Office Administrator supports the seamless delivery of Mitros installations by ensuring every project is prepared, documented, and compliant from start to finish. This role provides critical administrative support across sales, design, and operations, from preparing survey packs before site visits to submitting final paperwork to SEAI, Safe Electric, and ESB. Through precision, organisation, and attention to detail, the Office Administrator helps ensure projects progress smoothly, customers receive timely documentation, and all systems are kept accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Compliance

  • Manage and process all documentation related to solar PV installations
  • Handle SEAI grant applications, including submission, tracking, and follow-ups
  • Prepare and submit ESB NC6/NC7 forms and monitor approval status
  • Maintain records for Safe Electric certification and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Ensure all project paperwork is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
  • Coordinate closely with design, sales, and field operations to keep project workflows efficient and ensure readiness at every stage

Customer Service

  • Act as a point of contact for customer queries via phone and email
  • Provide clear updates to customers on survey and/or installation timelines and grant progress
  • Handle customer issues professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and communication

Sales Administration

  • Support the sales team with quotes, contracts, and order processing
  • Prepare customer documentation packs and installation schedules
  • Update CRM systems with customer and project information
  • Track sales pipeline and assist with reporting

General Office Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, always returning the customers call in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist management with ad hoc administrative tasks

This role is based on site in our busy Cashel office 5 days a week. We also have an office based in Killanne, Co. Wexford where you may be required to travel to for training or collaboration purposes (not often).

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
