The role responsibilities include:
Assemble various components including stators, rotors, windings, housings, and hardware.
Perform wiring, soldering, and electrical interconnection tasks per engineering drawings.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, test equipment, and measuring instruments.
Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and work instructions.
Conduct basic functional testing including insulation resistance and continuity checks.
Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, and safety.

Skills and Experiences:
Required skills, experience and qualifications:
Trade qualification in Electrical, Electro-mechanical, or similar field
Proven experience in Electrical wiring and component assembly or Mechanical assembly and fabrication
Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and SOPs.
Familiarity with precision torqueing, alignment, and assembly tools.
Ability to perform basic electrical tests (multimeter, megger, etc.).
Ability to use a range of hand and power tools
Knowledge of panel wiring, switchboards, or electrical control systems
Ability to manage your own time and complete tasks efficiently
Computer literacy with regards to understanding of 3D models and extraction of key data to support production
Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience in manufacturing or production environments (Highly Desirable)
Dual-trade background (Electrical + Mechanical) is a bonus
