Role: Assistedge Automation Architect

Job Title: Engineering Lead

Short Description: Work on a variety of critical client engagements with some of Infosys largest and most successful clients in New Zealand. New Zealand citizens and PR holders are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
A good Assistedge Automation Architect required to design solutions in AssistEdge RPA/Engage implementation and Customization and perform code reviews, implement validation, and support activities in line with architecture requirements and participate in knowledge management activities WITH the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients in own technology domain WITHIN the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys.

Skill: c, AssistEdge RPA, UISPY, SPY++, WIN Form, ADO .Net, WCF , Oracle DB, Rest API, Web and Thick Client automation using C#, Siebel Automation.

Work Duration: At least 40 hours a week.
Salary Range: $105,000 to $115,000
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Years of EXP: 13+

Roles and Responsibilities:
To do this role effectively, we are looking for people with knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Should have at least 10+ years of experience in full stack development role.

• Domain experience should include but not limited to Telecom OSS/BSS - Order Management / Fulfilment, Service Inventory, Service Catalogue, Number Porting.

• Design and developing stable, reusable, and scalable of Assistedge solution.

• Identify opportunities for automation by analyzing business process requirements for AssistEdge solution.

• Creating Solution design documents, process definition documents (PDD) and development specification documents (DSD) to document efforts.

• Leading process optimization to improve the performance of delivered solutions.

• Ability to train new team member technically on to the AssistEdge Engage and RPA product.

• Understand the projects alignment with overall IT strategy / business criticality and direct team to achieve the objectives

• Work with stakeholders for process improvements and suggest idea to automate repetitive tasks.

• Able to train team of 5-10 developers into RPA solutions and provide technical guidance.

• You will be a well-organized communicator who can work autonomously with the interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and to work effectively within a project team.

• Have a track record of delivery within multiple large-scale technical transformation projects.

• Demonstrates techniques, equipment, or procedures to others.

Skill/Competency Requirements:
To qualify for the role you must have:
Technical Skills:

• Dot Net Full stack development experience. Preferable C#.net , ASP.Net, .NET Core.

• Well verse with Assist edge product suit including (RPA ,Engage) module.

• Able to create technical component documents for RPA solutions.

• Experience with Oracle Database.

• Should hands on experience of UI automation technology like Selenium via C#.net Mainframe automation, Desktop application automation.

• Experience in version control like GIT.

Other Skills :

• Experience in Agile methodologies.

• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.

• Open to work in onshore/offshore model.

• Experience in estimating work using FP or other models.

• Experience in creating work order for any statement of work.

Behavior Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Good thought process

• Proactive in client communication.

• Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

• Keep updated with latest design methodologies.

Essential –

• At least 10+ years of full stack lead developer role.

• Knowledge of managing developers trained in AssistEdge RPA tool.

• Bachelor or master’s degree in computer engineering.

• Well versed with Win Forms, Siebel Automation , Web and Thick client Automation using C# and Selenium Edge Driver.

Preferred –

• AssistEdge Certified RPA professional.

• New Zealand work experience.

• Well versed with SPY Tools, ADO .Net, ASP .Net, Automation, RPA
