As we continue to scale and evolve our product suite, we’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help us transform how we build and deliver our platform. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive delivery performance, modernise engineering practices, and shape how DOCOsoft’s software gets into the hands of customers worldwide.
Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving engineering excellence, and delivering impactful software. You’ll lead a talented group of engineers working on our flagship CMS application, guiding them to continuously improve how we design, build, and deliver solutions that delight our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values Lean principles, and wants to shape how a mission-critical enterprise product evolves and scales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, creating a culture of learning, autonomy, and continuous improvement.
- Drive Delivery Excellence to deliver high-quality software reliably and predictably, using data and metrics to continuously refine engineering practices.
- Embed Lean principles and modern engineering techniques including automation, CI/CD, test-first approaches, and short feedback loops.
- Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless software delivery and continuous value creation.
- Provide input on architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Encourage experimentation and continuous improvement, creating an environment where engineers are empowered to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Contribute to the broader engineering strategy, influencing how DOCOsoft evolves its technology platforms and delivery models.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and coaching software engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software delivery best practices, including CI/CD, test automation, and continuous improvement.
- Solid technical foundation, able to engage in technical discussions and guide decisions, even if not hands-on day-to-day.
- Experience with .NET / ASP.NET or similar enterprise-grade software platforms.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for building great products, great teams, and delivering measurable business value.
- A mindset rooted in Lean thinking, flow optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.
Bonus
- Experience delivering software in enterprise or customer-hosted environments.
- Familiarity with DORA metrics and performance measurement techniques.
- Exposure to evolving software platforms towards hybrid or cloud architectures.
- Contributions to engineering communities, open source, or internal capability-building initiatives.
Why Join DOCOsoft
- Play a key role in shaping how our software is built, delivered, and scaled.
- Influence culture, practices, and technology direction within a growing engineering organisation.
- Work with cutting-edge technologies and practices in a company that values continuous improvement.
- Be part of a growing global business with significant opportunities for career progression.
- Competitive compensation, benefits, and flexible working arrangements.
