Role Overview

The English Language Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, using the iXpress methodology, to help students build strong foundational and advanced English communication skills. The teacher will play a vital role in creating a supportive, interactive, and enjoyable learning environment.________________________________________

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons based on the iXpress English curriculum with a focus on LSRW skills.

• Use creative teaching methodologies including role plays, group discussions, storytelling, and audio-visual aids.

• Monitor and assess student progress through assignments, activities, and periodic evaluations.

• Provide constructive feedback and personalized support to learners.

• Encourage student participation and build confidence in speaking English.

• Maintain classroom discipline while fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic coordinators to enhance the program delivery.

• Keep records of student performance and attendance.

• Participate in training workshops and professional development sessions conducted by iXpress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, or related field.

• Must be able to travel across Delhi / NCR region as per the located center.

• Prior teaching/training experience preferred, but Freshers with good command over English Language can also apply.

• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with interactive teaching techniques and activity-based learning.

• Excellent interpersonal and classroom management skills.

• Passion for teaching and mentoring learners of diverse age groups.

• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit varied learning needs

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
