Job Title: Pre-Primary School Teacher (Playgroup / Nursery / LKG / UKG)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, patient, and energetic Pre-Primary Teacher to handle early childhood education. The role focuses on building foundational skills in children through structured activities, play-based learning, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Classroom Management

Handle a class of 10–20 children (age 2.5 to 5 years)

Maintain discipline in a friendly and nurturing manner

Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children

2. Teaching & Curriculum Delivery

Conduct daily lessons based on phonics, basic numeracy, and activity-based learning

Teach rhymes, storytelling, writing readiness, and communication skills

Plan weekly and monthly lesson plans

3. Child Development

Observe and track each child’s progress (behavioral + academic)

Support emotional, social, and motor skill development

Identify slow learners and give extra attention

4. Activity Planning

Organize activities like art & craft, storytelling, games, and sensory play

Prepare teaching aids and classroom materials

Conduct events, celebrations, and fun learning sessions

5. Parent Communication

Regularly update parents on child progress

Handle parent queries professionally

Participate in parent-teacher meetings

6. Administrative Work

Maintain attendance records and student files

Prepare report cards and assessments

Follow school policies and guidelines strictly

Required Skills

Strong communication skills (English + local language preferred)

Patience and love for working with children

Creativity in teaching methods

Basic classroom management skills

Ability to handle multiple children calmly

Qualifications

Minimum: 12th pass (mandatory)

Preferred: Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE/NTT/Montessori)

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with passion can be considered)

Working Hours

Typically 6–8 hours per day (based on school schedule)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
