Crimson World School, Rudrapur is inviting applications for the role of Pre-Primary Teacher. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nurturing young learners (ages 3–5 years) through engaging, play-based, and experiential learning methods in alignment with the school’s vision and early childhood education best practices.

KEY RESULT AREAS & TASKS:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.
• Introduce foundational literacy, numeracy, and life skills through fun, interactive, and creative teaching methods.
• Create a safe, cheerful, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
• Assess and track students’ development through observation, worksheets, and informal evaluations.
• Maintain regular communication with parents through meetings and progress reports. Incorporate art, music, stories, and play into daily routines to enhance holistic growth. Encourage good manners, discipline, and social interaction among children.
• Participate in school functions, celebrations, and co-curricular events.

CANDIDATE PROFILE SPECIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Graduate in any discipline with D.El.Ed. / NTT / B.Ed. (mandatory).

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in preschool or kindergarten (preferably in CBSE school).

SKILLSET:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Patient, empathetic, and energetic in managing young learners.
• Ability to use smart classroom tools and basic computer applications.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
