Pre-Primary Teacher (Nursery / LKG / UKG/Class 1)

Shree Bafna Public School, a premier institution dedicated to nurturing young minds and fostering holistic child development, is seeking a warm, creative, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our foundational-stage faculty in Meghnagar.

Job Overview:

As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will be the welcoming face of education for our youngest learners. You will create a safe, vibrant, and stimulating environment where children feel secure to explore, learn, and grow. The ideal candidate has a deep love for early childhood education, immense patience, and the ability to turn everyday lessons into fun, play-based discoveries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Early Childhood Instruction

• Play-Based Learning: Design and implement interactive lessons using themes, storytelling, puppet shows, rhymes, and educational games.
• Foundational Skills: Teach basic literacy (phonics, letter recognition) and numeracy (numbers, shapes) in an engaging, pressure-free manner.
• Motor Skill Development: Organize arts and crafts, clay modeling, music, and indoor/outdoor playtime to build fine and gross motor skills.

2. Care & Classroom Management

• Safe Environment: Maintain a highly organized, safe, clean, and colorful classroom environment that sparks curiosity.
• Socialization: Help children develop emotional regulation, sharing habits, basic etiquette, and healthy peer relationships.
• Routine Building: Guide children through daily routines like meal times, clean-up times, and restroom habits with care and patience.

3. Parent Communication & Documentation

• Progress Tracking: Observe and document each child’s developmental milestones, behavioral changes, and learning progress.
• Parent Partnership: Maintain an open, supportive line of communication with parents through daily/weekly updates and formal Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Graduate in any stream preferred with a specialization in early childhood care, such as NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), PPTTC (Pre-Primary Teacher Training Course), or ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education).
• Language Skills: Good communication skills in English and fluent communication in Hindi to easily connect with young children and comfort them.
• Personality Traits: Exceptionally patient, energetic, affectionate, creative, and physically active.
• Experience: Prior experience handling toddlers in a preschool or CBSE school setup is preferred, but passionate freshers with natural childcare skills are highly encouraged to apply.
