Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is hiring full-time teachers to teach English, Digital Literacy, and employability skills to youth (18+). Teachers play a key role in guiding students towards productive service-sector jobs and improving their lives.
This is a long-term, impact-driven role, not a temporary position.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Ability to communicate in basic English
Willing to commit for 1 year of employment
Ready to relocate 20+ km from hometown (accommodation support provided)
Must own a mobile phone and two-wheeler/bicycle
Freshers are welcome
Open to all genders, castes, and communities

Job Responsibilities

Teach at assigned FEA village branches

Enroll and maintain 60+ students at the branch

Conduct 3 teaching sessions daily

Handle 30 minutes of administrative work daily

Salary, Bonus & Benefits

Starting salary: ₹14,500/month (first curriculum cycle – 12 to 13 months)
Salary after performance review: ₹16,500/month (second cycle)
Curriculum completion bonus: ₹10,000
Performance bonus: ₹10,000 for maintaining 95% enrollment
Promotion opportunities after first cycle
Travel allowance: Petrol reimbursement (5+ km from branch)
Accommodation allowance: Up to ₹3,000/month (if relocated 20+ km)
Paid leave and medical insurance provided

Training Details

Residential training at FEA Gahru, Lucknow
Duration: 40–90 days
Training days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
Free meals, lodging, and sleeper-class train ticket
Daily stipend: ₹250 (weekly bank transfer)
No outside job or academic commitment during training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
